I would like to wish my customers, co-workers and associates a very Merry Christmas. As a Christian, I would like to go on record as saying that I believe that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believes in Him shall have eternal life. I believe that Jesus died for my sins and redeemed my soul. This act has given my life value. I also believe that God would have done the very same thing even if I was the only person alive. Jesus' death on the cross is similar to a soldier who gets in front of a bullet to save another soldier's life. That act would immensely add meaning and value to the life of the soldier saved. That Jesus did this for me is too awesome to comprehend.

This has been an interesting year in the real estate industry to be sure. I know that many have suffered a great deal due to job losses, foreclosures, etc. It may be hard for some to see any joy at all in this season. But I am here to say that we all need to look past our short term problems, as hard as that might be to do. We all need to count our blessings, trust God and thank him for giving us the only really meaningful Christmas gift ... His son Jesus.

Let's all work hard, not give up and keep the faith. 2009 WILL BE BETTER!!!
