It features a 2-car attached garage, a formal dining room and a formal living room. The home was constructed in 2006. Geoffrey Presson, owner of Silver Beach Realty, LLC, remarked that the home is in excellent condition and benefits from a great location close to Mount Dora, the Golden Triangle and Orlando.

The time from listing to contract was a mere 37 days, a testament to an effective pricing strategy applied by Jessica Graham, the Listing Agent.
