On May 1, 2009, I will be leaving Barbara L. Johnson Realty to open my own office. My new company will be named Silver Beach Realty, LLC. Silver Beach Realty, LLC will be a full-service brokerage specializing in residential, condominium, vacant land and first-time homebuyer transactions. Silver Beach Realty, LLC will be a full member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In addition to the MLS, all Silver Beach Realty, LLC listings will receive internet and print exposure. Plus, a Silver Beach Realty exclusive, all residential listings will be advertised using the Talking House system.

I am departing Barbara L. Johnson Realty, Inc. on the best of terms. Barb and her staff run an excellent office. Her associates are top-of-the-line. I anticipate many instances in which our two offices will work together to meet our customers’ mutual needs.
