Silver Beach Realty, LLC of Umatilla, Florida is pleased to announce that on April 14, 2010, it sold another Umatilla area home.

The property was both listed and sold by Silver Beach Realty, LLC. It was a Short Sale, and as such, took much longer to bring to closing than a normal sale.
