Silver Beach Realty, LLC of Umatilla, Florida is pleased to announce its latest home sale. On January 27, 2012, the company sold a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the North Umatilla subdivision of Umatilla, Florida.

The property was listed by Shirley Peacock of ERA Tom Grizzard Realty and was sold by Geoffrey Presson of Silver Beach Realty, LLC.

The home itself is 1,490 square feet and is of concrete block construction. In addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home features a bonus room, a single-car attached garage, an enclosed, screened porch and a detatched car port. The home is located within the city limits of Umatilla, Florida. Geoffrey Presson remarked that the home was in excellent condition, and had been well maintained.

The home was under contract on October 6, 2011. The closing took a little longer than usual due to the requirement to have the deed proceed through the court probate process. Once this task was completed, the transaction moved in a rapid fashion. The buyer was well-qualified and received financing through Wells Fargo Bank, NA.
