Dear Geoff,

Now that we are all settled into our beautiful new home, we felt we had to write and thank you for making it all possible and for making the entire journey a fun and stress free experience.

Over the years we have purchased several homes and our experiences with Realtors had left us jaded and not wishing to use the services of a 'Professional' again. In fact, when we decided to look in the Mount Dora area, the decision was made to handle it all ourselves with the aid of the Internet. It soon became clear that we needed help as we were not familiar enough with the area, and one or two of our initial finds turned out to be in less than desirable neighborhoods.

Good fortune lead us to Silver Beach Realty and your capable hands. On our first meeting you understood immediately what we were looking for and spent a long day showing us around the area and walking us through the kinds of homes we 'thought' we were looking for. What we really appreciated was the unobtrusive way you guided us around a fine selection of homes, never doing a hard sell or pushing us toward any decision. On the contrary, you simply narrowed our searches down to homes you thought we might be interested in, opened the door and let us take our time with each viewing. We spend a long and tiring day viewing many homes and never once did you show any signs of flagging. Your quiet guidance and extensive knowledge of the area lead us to what we immediately knew, upon entering, was our dream home. One look from you told us that you knew as well.

From the moment of finding our home, to 4 weeks later when we moved in, you were left to handle everything as we had to head back to South Florida, you went beyond the call of duty with extra inspections and treating the entire process as if we were family. Which we now feel as though we are. On the day of the closing you seemed almost as happy for us as we were for ourselves and had made sure that there were no last minute glitches, as there so often are.

Geoff, our entire experience with Silver Beach Realty was a wonderful one. We couldn't have done it without you. Thank you again for your professionalism and guidance and for making the process completely stress free. We feel so fortunate to have found you, and to now be living in the home of our dreams.
