Silver Beach Realty, LLC takes pleasure in announcing its latest sale. On August 31, 2011, it sold a three-bedroom, two-bathroom concrete block home located on West Second Street in the East Umatilla subdivision.

The property was listed by Geoffrey Presson of Silver Beach Realty, LLC and sold by Joy Zahn of Front Porch Realties, Inc.

Then home itself featured a quiet, country setting, vaulted ceilings, gas applianaces and a tank-less gas water heater. The interior had recently been remodeled.

The time from contract to closing was 40 days. This relatively short period of time is somewhat remarkable in that the buyers purchased the home with a USDA Rural Development Loan. This type of loan requires two separate sequences of processing, one for the mortgage company and one for the federal government.
